1:1 NUTRITION & PSYCHOLOGY COACHING (single session)

€70 per session / Online or in-person in Dublin

A one-off consultation (80 minutes) where we go through your nutrition and lifestyle habits, I offer guidance and we discuss steps that will allow you to progress with your goals. This single session also allows you to see if my style of coaching suits you. Payment due before session.

This is a weekly 60-minute coaching session for twelve weeks, where we collaborate on a detailed program to tackle the life changes you want to make. Payment up front or in 3 instalments.

I offer walk and talk sessions for clients based in Dublin, either as a one-off session or as part of the twelve-week program (using a combination of Zoom and in-person walking sessions). Payment due before session.

The first step will be to book in a free Chemistry Call where we will discuss where you are now and what you hope to change and achieve. If coaching with me is the right fit for you we’ll go ahead and organise your first coaching session.

THE FIRST SESSION

During your first session we’ll discuss your family health history and your current lifestyle, along with your goals. After your first session you’ll be asked to complete a food diary, as I find a combination of nutrition and mindset to be the most effective.

COACHING SESSIONS

During the sessions we will look at all areas of your life to explore where you feel you are lacking and where you are happy. This is everything from family, work and hobbies to health, travel and adventures. After 12 weeks of coaching you will understand yourself on a different level - a reframe and reclaim of your life.

MEET YOUR COACH

With my background in hospitality, I have always combined my love of people, with my passion for good food.

In my twenties, I worked in kitchens and noticed that there were very few healthy casual dining options for people in Dublin City. I eventually opened my own café, offering nutritious food to my customers. It was a difficult but eye-opening time that gave me a massive insight into the limits of human resilience, the dangers of chronic stress and the importance of taking care of our mental health.

I eventually closed the café. Having worked too hard for too long, I burnt out. I moved into property management while wondering what I was going to do with my life. In my my early-thirties I decided to return to college to study psychology.

That decision changed everything — it opened up a whole new world to me, and gave me a great understanding of human behaviour and the “why” behind the choices we make.

Still, something was missing. I kept being drawn back to food and nutrition, but now with a new perspective. After completing a diploma in nutrition and health, I could clearly see how poor lifestyle habits had become normalised, and how mental health issues were rising at the same time. That’s when it clicked for me – my passion now was bringing these two disciplines together to help others.

Today, through a blend of psychology and nutritional coaching, I help people unpack old habits, reframe their mindset, and design a healthier, more fulfilling life that they’ve always dreamed of.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, I do online coaching through Zoom and I do in-person if you live in the Dublin area.

  • Once you have a Chemistry Call with me, you will know if we are the right fit and if you want to move forward with the process.

  • No.

  • Yes, if you decide to do the 12-week coaching program, you can pay in 3 instalments.

  • The walk and talk sessions are only available in Dublin. If you’re further afield coaching sessions will be online via Zoom.

  • With my type of coaching I will usually ask my clients to do a food diary so I can assess their diet. If this is something you don’t want to do that is absolutely fine too.

  • Yes, if you cancel 48 hours before your first session of the 12-week program you can receive a full refund. If you find after the first session it is not for you, I will deduct one full session from the cost and refund the rest, but once you enter into the second session no refunds will be given.

    If you can’t make a session dates/times can be changed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we can reschedule without cost, but if less than 24 hours notice has been given then that session will be counted and the full cost will apply.

  • The first step is to get in touch via the contact form.
