  • BTEC Diploma in Professional Nutrition & Health Coaching, IINH (International Institute of Nutrition & Health)

  • Higher Diploma in Psychology (PSI Accredited), DBS (Dublin Business School) 

  • Certified in Counselling & Psychotherapeutic Skills & Practice level 1, ICHAS (Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences)  

  • BA Honours in Journalism & Visual Media, Griffith College Dublin.
